Email updates

On tinynex.com, TinyNex will collect the email address you submit together with the consent wording and version, submission source, subscription status and relevant timestamps. This information will be stored with Supabase in the United States and used only for occasional product updates, research opportunities and invitations to early testing.

After you submit the form and consent to receive updates, your subscription becomes active and Resend processes your email address, the welcome message and delivery information to send the welcome email. The email includes a direct unsubscribe link, and supported email clients may also show a one-click unsubscribe control.

TinyNex records whether Resend accepted the welcome email and receives signed delivery notifications for events such as delivery, delay, failure, bounce, spam complaint or suppression. These records help us investigate delivery problems and avoid repeatedly sending to addresses known to be undeliverable. Delivery status is kept separately from your subscription choice. We do not use open or click tracking for this flow.

Joining the email list does not enroll you in research; any research participation will require separate information and consent.

Your choices

You will be able to unsubscribe through any approved update email. You may also ask us to remove your address by contacting hello@tinynex.com. We will retain a pending or confirmed address only while it remains relevant to these purposes, or as otherwise required to honor an unsubscribe or deletion request.

Website analytics

tinynex.cn does not load Cloudflare Web Analytics or the first-party interaction measurement used on tinynex.com. The separate tinynex.com website describes its own limited website analytics in its privacy notice.

Hosting and delivery data

Our hosting and network providers may process limited technical information—such as IP address, request time, browser information and requested URL—to deliver the site, maintain reliability and prevent abuse.

Abuse prevention

tinynex.cn does not run an email form or its signup-specific rate limit.

Future product data

TinyNex is still developing. Any future product or service that processes information relating to a pet, person or household will have a separate notice before that processing begins. That notice will explain the information involved, its purpose, retention, service providers and available choices.

Our design principles are to collect only what is needed, protect it with appropriate access controls and security, and keep observed information distinct from interpretation or creative expression. We will not treat an uncertain inference as an observed fact.

Private research

Receiving an occasional update is separate from taking part in research. If a research opportunity may be relevant, TinyNex will invite you separately. Participant information, uploads and prototype access will be handled through access-controlled materials and an appropriate research notice.
